The client required comprehensive real-world vehicle validation before market introduction in Europe. The objective was to assess vehicle behavior across multiple countries, road infrastructures, climate conditions, and driving scenarios while identifying software, ADAS, infotainment, and usability issues that could impact customer experience and regulatory compliance.

  • Provided experienced Field Test Engineering support for multi-country vehicle validation activities
  • Executed large-scale adaptation testing across highways, urban roads, rural environments, and mountain routes throughout Europe
  • Performed functional validation of ADAS features including Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Lane Support Systems (LSS), Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA), and related driver assistance functions
  • Conducted Infotainment (IVI), HMI, connectivity, and vehicle usability verification under real-world driving conditions
  • Executed both structured test-case validation and exploratory testing to maximize defect detection efficiency
  • Collected and analyzed diagnostic data using CAN/CAN-FD logging equipment, engineering diagnostic tools, and vehicle software logs
  • Performed issue reproduction, root-cause support activities, and regression testing following software releases and vehicle updates
  • Prepared detailed defect documentation including reproduction procedures, evidence collection, diagnostic logs, videos, and validation reports
  • Supported daily communication with international engineering teams and provided structured feedback for software improvement activities

Delivered Results:

The project covered more than 12,000 km of real-world vehicle validation across multiple European countries and road conditions. RSB engineer executed extensive ADAS, infotainment, and vehicle functionality testing, identified and documented numerous software and system-level issues, and supported several software update verification cycles. The delivered validation data and defect reports helped improve vehicle quality and readiness for European market deployment.
