HIL Video Streamer for ADAS ECU

HIL component-level testing for an ADAS ECU using Mobileye SIMCARD Streamer and a Video Data Recorder. The project focused on video (LVDS) and radar (ETH) data injection. Deliverables included a fully operational HIL unit for streaming and logging video data, resolving image drop issues, synchronizing video and radar, simulating camera data (I2C), and implementing the system at the customer site in France.

Hardware in the Loop (HIL) for BMU

HIL component-level testing for a Battery Management Unit using Vector VT and high-power network simulation. Focus areas included fault injection, test automation, and reproducing customer-reported issues. Key achievements included updating sensor models with temperature noise for better issue replication and automating the test suite with Python, enabling remote and overnight executions to improve SYS.5 results delivery.

HIL Unit for ABS/ESP System Engineering

HIL system-level testing for ABS/ESP ECU integration using dSPACE hardware. Key tasks included modeling vehicle sensors, identifying errors (e.g., wheel speed sensor failures), updating models and software parameters, and refining vehicle dynamics for real-world accuracy.

Cybersecurity Management Services (CSMS)

This project established a comprehensive cybersecurity framework for automotive systems, including process definitions, threat analysis, and post-development operations. Key outputs included templates, cybersecurity plans, incident response procedures, and support for certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
